What You'll Do:

• Oversee and edit long-form video content for YouTube

• Take ownership of edits from first cut to final delivery

• Manage feedback, revisions, and versioning with minimal oversight

• Work directly with me on all creative projects from concept to completion

• Help coordinate productions and provide operational support

What I'm Looking For:

• Active creator with your own content/portfolio (required)

• Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (required)

• Experience with visual storytelling and YouTube vlog format

• Experience with long-form content (YouTube, documentaries, narratives)

• Self-starter with excellent communication

• Strong creative taste and attention to detail

• Passion for YouTube as a craft, not just a platform

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience producing or assisting on shoots

• Comfort being on set or behind the scenes during productions

• Interest in storytelling beyond editing (writing, pacing, structure)

• Familiarity with camera gear, audio, or lighting

Location:

Toronto area preferred. Editing can be remote, production support requires local availability.

About the Role:

You’ll work directly with me on every project, editing and producing while learning how the creator economy actually works. This is a hands-on, part-time, project-based role (10–20 hours per week) with room to grow as productions scale. Start date is January 2026.
